Monitoring Dashboard

The data in the Monitoring Dashboard is updated using widgets. The data displayed in the dashboard and the visualization can be customized and updated as per your firm's requirements.

Warning: If data is inaccurate and old or rounding is not applied, use the Clear Cache button in Manage->Currencies in the Admin panel. Additionally there is a clear cache button in the Widgets admin panel.

Tip: To view the widgets used in the dashboard, in the Admin>Dashboard node>select the dashboard and click the Widget(s) Used button to view a list of the widgets used in the selected dashboard. The widgets in the dashboard can be edited and customized from the Admin>Widgets node. Read here for detailed instructions to edit and update the dashboard layout.

Note: On fresh installation, the out-of-the-box dashboards must be imported to make them available for selection in the Monitoring Dashboard. The dashboard(s) can be imported either during Installation from the Seed Data page or from the Admin>Dashboard node. All the out-of-the-box dashboards are placed in the ~\Prosperoware.Umbria\App_Data\Seed\Dashboards folder.

The following tabs are displayed by default in the Monitoring Dashboard. The tab display and navigation can be managed from the Action Menu>Matter Navigation Settings.

Sort Order: There is no sort on this dashboard.

Hours

Two donut graphs display on the Hours tab. For the graph on the left, in the View look up filter select Fee Earner Class to see a breakdown of the hours entered by each class of timekeeper during the report time period. Select Leverage if you simply wish to see the billable hours entered by each timekeeper.
